Los precios de la vivienda de segunda mano prolongan su alza al tercer trimestre

El precio de la vivienda de segunda mano en España se incrementó un 2,4 por ciento entre junio y septiembre respecto al trimestre anterior, acumulando subidas desde hace dos años, dijo el miércoles el portal inmobiliario Fotocasa.“El precio de la vivienda de segunda mano empezó a incrementarse trimestralmente en el tercer trimestre de 2016, con un incremento del 0,9 por ciento, y desde entonces no ha parado de crecer a nivel trimestral”, dijo el portal en una nota de prensa.
